Privacy Policy

Text Repeater (“the app”) is an Android text tool that repeats, restyles and cleans up text, published as com.dip.textrepeater. This policy explains what stays on your phone, what the advertising software in the app may collect, and how to contact us.

The short version

The text you type is transformed on the device. We run no backend, you have no account, and we never receive what you write.

The app does show ads (Google AdMob). That service is operated by Google, not by us. We do not sell your information.

The text you type

Everything you type is processed on the phone. Repeating, restyling, counting and cleaning all happen locally, with no request to any server.
Your recent items and your theme choice are stored in the app’s private storage on the device. Other apps cannot read them, and uninstalling the app deletes them.
Copy and share use Android’s clipboard and the system share sheet. Once you send a line to another app it goes to the app you chose, and we are not in that path.

We have no copy of your text and no way to obtain one.

Advertising

The app uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), with Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) for consent.

A full-screen ad may appear after you copy or share, and only after every few actions. Ads never interrupt a tool mid-use.
Google may use an advertising identifier, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and network information, and your interaction with ads, as described in Google’s advertising privacy policy.
Where required, including the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, UMP asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown. You can change advertising consent from the ads controls in your device settings.

Debug builds of the app use Google’s sample ad units and never request live ads.

Analytics

The app contains no analytics software. We do not measure which tools you use or how often you open the app.

Permissions

Permission	Why
`INTERNET`	To load ads. No other part of the app uses the network.
`ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE`	So the ads library can tell whether the device is online.

The app does not ask for contacts, SMS, location, camera, microphone or storage access.

Children

The app is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

This policy is published here. If it changes, this page is updated and the date above changes with it. Material changes will also be noted in the app’s release notes on Google Play.
