Preschool learning, read aloud.
Peeku is a complete early-learning app for children aged 3 to 7. Peeku the
peacock guides a child along a learning path built for kindergarten — UKG today, with Nursery, LKG
and Class 1 on the way — and reads every lesson aloud in English, Hindi or Kannada, so a child who
cannot read yet can learn on their own.
What it does
- Eight subjects. Maths, English, Hindi, Kannada, EVS, logic, good habits and
music, each a path of activities from easy to harder, with stars along the way.
- Letters with pictures. A whole alphabet on one screen: tap अ, ಅ or A and see
its picture and word, read aloud.
- Reading and maths. Phonics, sight words and spelling; counting, numbers
and their names to a hundred, and addition and subtraction with pictures to count.
- Sa Re Ga Ma. A xylophone that names and sounds each note, and short tunes
to play back.
- Up to three children. Each with their own name, animal friend, language and
progress.
- A parent zone behind a gate. Volume limit, reduce motion, vibration,
languages and the usage-report choice, reached by a question a young child cannot answer.
What it deliberately does not do
No ads, no subscriptions, no account and nothing to buy. Every lesson is already inside the
app. Anonymous usage and crash reports are off until a parent turns them on, and never include the
child's name.
